Then try its neighbour, and little sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock Cottage' The space This secluded terrace of three cottages was originally created around 120 years ago, within an old stonebuilt tannery shed by the current owner's grandfather, JJA Hayman, from stone quarried from opposite the buildings. This end house has recently been renovated and restored to an extremely high standard, stone walls revealed, pointed and plastered with lime and the exterior lime rendered, all as it would have been 100 years ago. The newly laid out architect designed interior sympathetically combines the old and the new. Guest access It's a self-contained private house with an exterior patio and a lawned, fenced garden to which guests alone have access. Other things to note The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle. The two double bedrooms each have an en-suite wet room with shower, basin and loo.
