Country Cottage

Relax in a personal getaway or with your family at this peaceful place. Our farmhouse cottage is located on the rolling hills of our family cattle farm. It has an easy access driveway w/ample parking & outdoor space. It is about 15 minutes from I-75 which makes the interesting attractions of Berea & Richmond convenient & makes Louisville, Ky Horse Park, Lake Cumberland & Red River Gorge within a 1-2 hour drive . In addition we have another listing on the property... Serenity Cabin. The space The cottage is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath (tub and shower) home. There is a living room with ample seating and a spacious kitchen / dining area. At the back door (which is the main entrance), there is a patio which is shaded from the afternoon sun in order to make sitting and listening to nature or reading a good book more relaxing. The basement is not part of the listing. Guest access Guests have access to the entire ground level of the cottage. Parking is ample for up to 3 cars. There is a large yard to for children to play in and for adults to enjoy outdoor games. Other things to note It is important that our guests have a clear understanding of our house guidelines so there is no misunderstanding regarding those policies during their stay.
