Duplex in La Parva with a nice terrace, view, and jacuzzi

Come enjoy the mountain and breathe fresh air in this beautiful apartment in La Parva, on the top floor of the building, with a nice terrace (with grill) and spectacular view. The apartment is 120 m2 (+ the terrace), 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 10 people comfortably (1 double bed, 7 single beds, and a single sofa bed). We also have a crib in case you come with a baby! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the court! The apartment has wifi, some games and a Smart TV. The space This is a duplex penthouse, with unsurpassed views and a large terrace with a grill. The apartment's layout is as follows: 1st floor: You enter and arrive at a closed entrance hall, to leave skis, boots and accessories. There you enter and to the left there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and to the right is the staircase to the second floor, pantry, kitchenette, dining room, and living room, with access to the terrace. The rooms on the 1st floor are two small ones, one with a bunk bed, and the other with a full bed. Then there's the bathroom (complete with tub), and then a larger room with 2 bunk beds. On the second floor, there is an attic and the master bedroom en suite, with a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The room has a double bed and a small sofa bed, and the crib can also be installed there. In the apartment you will find clean sheets on each bed, towels for each guest, soap and dishwashing sponge, toilet paper (2 per bathroom), bath soap and salt. You must bring everything else you need for your stay, since there is almost no commerce up there. It has exclusive parking for the apartment, and you can easily get a second one with the help of the concierge Manuel, who is very helpful. Guest access The apartment has parking. Other things to note - The apartment has WiFi during the winter season (May to September). - The apartment is less than 100 meters from the nearest ski slope. For the main court that is a little higher up (where you buy the ticket the first time), you can also walk up (5 minutes approx), or you can go in a free car that takes you to different points of the ski center (school, restaurants, etc). - If you have any special needs, ask and we'll try to help you.
