s/v Timaiao in the Caribbean. Our boat is a catamaran Lagoon 380 with 4 double cabins. Three of these cabins are available to our guests. We offer round-trip from Grenada to the Grenadines and back to Grenada. However, we have more options for your voyage in this area that can better match your holiday itinerary. Please see the "Guest Access" section of this listing. The decision is yours only. The voyage will always be planned according to your interests and wishes. The space We do a "half board" charter. The price includes the services of the captain and chef, breakfast & lunch, all charter expenses, diesel, gasoline, and all staying on the moorings. In practice, chef Anouk will email you a sample menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the suggested beverage and alcohol list (alcohol is not included in the price). You can pick your favorite meals and choose your favorite beverage and alcohol in the quantities you want. You can have dinner on board for $20 per person per day or at the restaurant. Some of the island restaurants are worth a visit to taste fresh fish from the grill. In the restaurant you pay for your dinner. You can choose how many dinners you want to have on board and how many at the restaurant on the beach. Special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, etc... cost $20 extra per day/person. The bill for alcohol, special dietary requirements and dinner on board is the only bill you will have to pay extra. Guest access We can take you on any voyage between the following islands: St. Vincent, Bequia, Carriacou, and Grenada. You can choose which island you want to start and end your trip on. The sailing time between islands is 1-3 hours, except for the sailing between Grenada (St.Georgrs) and Carriacou, which takes about 5-6 hours. If you want to avoid this long day of sailing, you can take a comfortable ferry that goes daily between this two islands. The ferry costs about $50 USD and takes about two hours. There are actually three different ferry companies that connect these two islands. Please see the map of the area to plan a trip that best matches your interests. We are flexible about where we pick you up and drop you off. Many of our guests want to extend their stay in the Caribbean before or after sailing with us. For those who want to stay onshore in this area, we recommend these two islands: Bequia is definitely the winner! It is a small island south of St. Vincent. A ferry runs between the two islands 6-7 times per day and takes only 45 minutes. It has nice beaches, a small town called Port Elizabeth, day-trip boats, diving companies, and wonderful walking trails. Carriacou is similar to Bequia, but it is on the other end of our sailing area, close to Grenada. Ferries between the two islands run daily and take about two hours. Other things to note The sample itinerary one-way from St.Vincent to Grenada. Day 1. Arrival to St.Vincent, Blue Lagoon Hotel & Marina: When you arrive at the International Airport in St.Vincent, you can get a taxi to join us. We will be expecting you at the Blue Lagoon Hotel & Marina. The taxi ride should take about 15 minutes. We will welcome you onboard with a tropical refreshments, introduce ourselves and our catamaran. Depending on your arrival time, we can set sails to the next island Bequia, or we can spend the first night in Blue Lagoon. Here you can swim or snorkel, walk on the beach, and enjoy dining at a local restaurant or onboard. Day 2. Blue Lagoon to Bequia: The first trip from St.Vincent to Bequia takes about 2 hours only. Bequia is known for its charming atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and friendly locals. Explore the island's capital Port Elizabeth, and visit the local shops and restaurants. You can also enjoy swimming and snorkeling at Princess Margaret Beach. Day 3. Bequia to Mayreau, Salt Whistle Bay: After 3 hours of relaxed sailing we are dropping anchor in Salt Whistle Bay, the most beautiful paradise of the Caribbean. You can safely jump off the boat and swim to the beach, or we can bring you to the beach by dingy. At the evening you can dance barefoot in the local restaurants/ bars or enjoy 1000 stars over your head on the beach, or on the trampoline of our catamaran. Day 4. Salt Whistle Bay to Tobago Cays: After breakfast, we are sailing one hour to National Park Tobago Cays. Swim with sea turtles and colorful tropical fish in the crystal clear waters. Or head ashore to explore a treasure of pristine and secluded beaches. We can take a dinghy to Baradal Island to see the incredible wild iguanas. In the evening head ashore to enjoy a lobster barbecue on the sand beach restaurant. Day 5. Tobago Cays to Petit St. Vincent, with stop in Union Island: Stop and explore Clifton, Union Island. Here the captain must go to the Immigration office to check us from Grenadines, which usually takes no more than 30 minutes. Union Island offers numerous perfect beaches to relax and hiking trails. Then we are continue our voyage Mopion. It is the deserted island with one umbrella only made of palm fronds. Snorkeling in shallow water and enjoying the turquoise and blue colors of the sea. Day 6. Petit St. Vincent to Carriacou: Explore the beaches Carriacou for example Paradise Beach in Hillsboro Bay. A perfect snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing in the restaurant with Mojito or other drink. A wonderful walk along the beach and a good place to stock on a local fresh fruits and veggies. Day 7. Carriacou to St.Georges, Grenada with stop in the Moliniere’s Point: You can dive or snorkeling in the Moliniere’s Point to discover an incredible underwater sculpture park. Later we will continue relaxing sailing south, to the picturesque capital of St. George, Grenada. History lovers will enjoy a visit to the Fort of St George’s built in 1705. A nice walking in the narrow streets, discover a chocolate factory and a few batik workshops. The way to the International Airport (GND) from Port Louis Marina is about 10-15 minutes by taxi.
