The Villa is an ancient tower located among olive trees in Minuta, a hamlet of Scala, with two apartments: one studio apartment and one four-rooms apartment. From the entire property you can have a terrific view of Ravello hanging over the coast. The Tower is about 350 meters from the road: after the 130 steps of Via Ficuciello you go along a private path of about 250 meters. The amalfi Coast has been growing vertically over the centuries and that makes it so beautiful! The space The tower is divided into two independent apartments, "Allegro con brio" and "Andante grazioso", respectively with two and five beds, both with kitchenette and bathroom with shower, panoramic terraces and equipped areas in the outdoor gardens. - The "Andante Grazioso" apartment on the ground floor consists of a main room with a 5.50 meter high vault divided into two levels by a central loft, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, Internet TV, washing machine. In detail, guests have at their disposal: • A living area with table for 6 people, multimedia monitor and sofa (convertible into a bed). In the living area there is the kitchen with stove top, electric oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (American and espresso), toaster, kettle. From the living area you can access the bedrooms: • A bedroom with a “French size bed” furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers and large panoramic window overlooking Ravello and the sea • One bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and desk • A bedroom on the mezzanine - furnished with double bed, wardrobe and desk - which leads to a panoramic terrace. • Full bathroom with large shower. • Garden equipped with sun beds, sun umbrella and table with chairs, crossed by the path leading to the upper apartment. The "Allegro con brio" apartment on the first floor consists of a studio apartment with a 4.50 meter high vault and a bathroom. The apartment, with a striking view of the sea, is equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, Internet TV, washing machine. The studio is furnished with • Sofa (convertible into a single bed if necessary), Internet TV. • Kitchen with stove top, microwave oven, small refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine (American and espresso), toaster, hot water kettle. • Table for three people • Double bed, wardrobe and small desk The room has an en-suite complete bathroom with a large shower, and it leads to a small patio.
