Kitchen, washing machine, dryer, hot water, and all the utensils required and needed in a hotel suite. Guest access 🚙PRIVATE PARKING (ADDITIONAL SERVICE) We can help you with parking in the Puerto Santa Park building a few meters from the building (it costs $10 per night). *Request it in advance so we can arrange it for you* ⚡️GENERATOR IN THE BUILDING The building has an electric generator, which is operational, and will be ready to operate in the event of a power outage, providing 110V emergency power (lights, WiFi, TV, etc.) to the apartments and common areas. All 220V connections (air conditioners, kitchen, water heater, etc.) will not be enabled. 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️VISITS OR NEW GUESTS In the event that during the course of the stay you have visitors or a new guest is going to enter, it is vitally important that you notify us before the arrival of the main guest/owner of the reservation. Once the keys have been delivered, no modification of guests or visitors is allowed by building rules. Other things to note Please review the building rules: *IMPORTANT:* The accommodation is in a residential area, *it is not a hotel.* Therefore, it is important to respect the following building rules, to avoid warnings and fines ($) from the Riverfront administration. ✔️ Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM ✔️ No parties or events. Do ✔️ not walk through the corridors in a bathing suit, shirtless, barefoot, or with alcoholic beverages. Hanging clothes in the windows✔️ is prohibited ✔️ Before checking out, please turn off the air conditioning and everything else. ✔️ Social areas can be used from 9 am to 9 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. *No food or drinks of any kind may be brought into these areas*   - Monday: Pool and Jacuzzi maintenance all day long (not available)   - Thursday: Maintenance until noon (areas enabled from 12:00 pm) ✔️ Sheets and towels that are returned stained will be charged. ($20 each). Pet Rules: ✔️ The pet will always have to be on a leash If the pet is small in size, it can be carried by its owner. It can✔️ never be loose in the building ✔️ If the pet is not well trained or is very feisty, it is vitally important that it wears a muzzle when going out. Do ✔️ not allow pets on furniture or in bed. ✔️ Bring their own bed if required.
