Sunbird Haven is a fully equipped self-catering holiday home on The Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate with stunning views. 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms Battery backup power. The living area has an aircon, wood burning fireplace TV with DStv and Apple TV. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob with electric oven, air fryer and Nespresso coffee maker. The bedrooms have air conditioners. Patio with braai The space This fully equipped self-catering house boasts with stunning views of the golf course, the picturesque town of Clarens with the mountains that surrounds the town and the Maluti mountains in the distance. The living area has an open plan design with a beautiful poplar dining table, which was bought from a local farmer, in the dining area. The lounge has a wood burning fireplace which will ensure a comfortable stay, even during the coldest months. The lounge has a TV with DStv Premium and AppleTV. The kitchen with granite tops has a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave oven as well as a four-plate gas stove with standard oven. There is also an air fryer and a Nespresso Vertuao Next coffee maker (please bring your own coffee pods - Vertuo pods). An E-Spring water filtration system was installed to ensure that safe and palatable drinking water is readily available for our guests’ convenience and safety. The house offers accommodation for up to 8 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning for comfort and adjoining bathrooms with a bath and a shower. Hairdryers are available for the guests use in these 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom has 2 x single beds, panel heater and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, panel heater and adjoining bathroom with a shower. The house has battery backup power, excludes geysers, air-conditioners and oven during loadshedding. All beds have 200 thread count cotton percale linen. The house has a large patio and braai area with a table, seating 8 as well as a day bed for relaxation. The built in braai is wood/charcoal buring. The house has a double garage and single carport available for the guests use. Free Wi-Fi Linen and towels provided Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays – Saturdays (excludes public holidays) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms. Towels are provided but not replaced daily. This establishment is not pet friendly. Other things to note You will be required to : Provide names and cellphone numbers for guests in order for us to issue and send access codes to gain access to the estate at the security gate.
