There is also room for a couple of RV’s. No hookups available, but there are outside water spickets on site. The space This is a two-level house with the homeowners remaining on-site on the upper level. Guests will have access to the entire downstairs which includes one or both of the rooms they rent and the downstairs living room. Both rooms have space to add an air mattress, if needed, for an additional $15. The downstairs living room has a TV and DVD player. Curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie. Games and movies available. A mini fridge, microwave, and keurig are available for use. Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs living room, BBQ pit and picnic table, and horseshoe pit. Feel free to walk the grounds and play basketball at the basketball court.
