On the first floor of 2 bedrooms / Suites - The "Parents & Child" suite has 1 "Queen size" double bed of 160 cm + 1 single bed of 80 cm + 1 shower room with WC. The parental suite has 1 "Queen Size" bed of 160 cm + 1 shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find 1 large terrace, 1 independent laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a patio with arbor, a large garden directly overlooking the river Le Loir. Guest access You have the entire property privately and exclusively: Vehicle yard, main house, terrace, patio, garden, riverside, kayaks and boat... with the exception of the chalet.
