Offers 2 beautifully decorated cozy bedrooms, a farmhouse-inspired kitchen, and a fully fenced private backyard with a jacuzzi tub. Located nearby sites (San Francisco, Downtown Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, etc), BART (8 min walk), grocery stores (2 min walk) and restaurants (1 min walk). Also, Marin county and Napa are 30 miles away. The space Our cottage offers a unique, cozy, and airy feel throughout. Whether you are looking for a place for your business trip, or you want a romantic getaway, our place will suit all your needs. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed (plus a single blow-up bed) and Bedroom 2 offers a full-size bed. Both rooms offer closet space and have simple work desks if needed. A fully equipped kitchen that covers basic cooking that has a Keurig coffee machine. Please enjoy! Alexa is set up for music as well as streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc), perfect for a movie night. Last but not least, our beautiful backyard is fully fenced and private. It offers a quiet and peaceful space where you can hang and relax. PS The cottage stays pretty cool on hot days. But we do have a ceiling fan in the living room and an extra standing fan if necessary. Guest access Upon booking completion, each guest will receive their own access code for the lockbox entrance. Free parking is available in front of the house (driveway). Fits up to 2 cars. If you have any issues parking please let us know and we can help you. Other things to note We take the cleaning and sanitizing process seriously: we sanitize all surfaces and linens twice and triple-check the space after each cleaning. We honor CDC recommendations for house cleaning. * To ensure our guests are a good fit for our space, we perform a pre-screening before approving a booking. We require our guests to provide details about their stay. * The ONLY individuals welcome on the property are those on the booking. This is a small space and a quiet neighborhood, we encourage you to find another space that is better suited for entertaining if you need to host individuals, not on your reservation. This goes for business meetings, business partners small gatherings, even family members who live in the area.
