No parties or large gatherings. Guest access The apartment is located in a guesthouse off of the paved alleyway. You enter through a private wood gate with a code lock. The private parking is also located here and accessible through a large black double gate that is secured with a lock. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two story home and is accessible via smart lock keypad. Guests will have access to the backyard. We ask guests to please be respectful of the neighbors and their space, ensuring that cars are not parked in the alleyway. There is no direct contact with your hosts required for access - but we'll always be happy to help address any questions or needs that you may have! We have a local caretaker prepared to help as well. Other things to note Check in time is at 3p and check out is by 11a of the day of your departure. This space is new and as such we welcome your feedback on how we can make it the best for your stay and for others. As a historic neighborhood with its own historical society, the King William community is fairly tight knit. This lends itself to a warmth and sense of security shared by the neighborhood residents, and extended to guests.
