This amazing 2-bedroom townhouse will not disappoint you, serenely sunlit living and proximity to a beach loved by the locals that’s pet friendly and where children are loved. When you’re done taking it all in, head out to one of the many great cafes literally on your doorstep or step out to the beach, just paces from your door. Sink happily into one of the comfortable beds and get lulled into a blissful sleep to the sound of waves amongst crisp sheets and linen and a soft puffy duvet. (All linen goes to laundry mat for hygienes purposes). The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and the second bedroom offers a double bed. Just ask for a cot at the time of booking and it will be set up for you. The place is next to Crowne plaza so if you have a wedding or seminar just great to have an apartment to get ready in and feel like home. Our bathroom is equipped with Alive hand wash and lotion also includes our range of Apotheke spa products Our guests have access to a secure parking spot in the undercover carport directly under the apartment block. A washing machine and dryer for sole use of the apartment is located on the lower level. At the front of the apartment there is a BBQ area perfect for drinks, lunch in the sun with an outdoor table and lounge to unwind. There are a number of terrific cafes within a short walking distance, and Erina fair is a 10 minute drive with shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, library and post office and cinema. There are some lovely walking and cycling paths in the area along the haven and terrigal boardwalk. There is a Golf Course at Wamberal breakers country club or Shelley beach golf club. and you can explore the central coast and national park further afield the Wyrrabelong National park. The bowling club is around the corner of your interested in bowls or a nice feed. Other things to note: All linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are provided Basic toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion hand wash and tollet paper. Cleaning products include dishwashing liquid and laundry powder. Kitchen towels, An iron and ironing board are provided. Basic pantry ingredients and condiments include salt, pepper, herbs, tea bags and coffee, milk and sugar etc. Plus a nespresso coffee machine for a lovely morning cuppa. The centre of Sydney is a 90 minute bus trip Has wifi and Netflix on premises.
