It has everything you need for long stays, as it includes a small food station as well as a work area with powerful and stable internet. Access is independent and private. To comply with our tax obligation, we will request your DNI number (Peruvians) or passport (foreigners). The space Furnished room that can accommodate a maximum of 3 people as it has 1 double bed and a 1.5-seater divan (at ground level). The price considered in the ad is for a double bed and a maximum of 2 people. IF YOU NEED TO USE THE 1.5-SEAT DIVAN, YOU MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL S/ 25 PER NIGHT AND YOU MUST INDICATE IT BEFORE BOOKING. THIS ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WILL ALLOW THE INCOME OF UP TO 3 PEOPLE. The room has an EXCLUSIVE bathroom, with hot water, OUTSIDE THE ROOM. The room is equipped with a 40-inch SmarTV with Netflix app installed, closet, iron, fan and hair dryer. It also has everything you need for long stays, as it includes a small food station with a minibar, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery (ask host), and toiletries. Likewise, it has a powerful and stable 300MB fiber optic internet. For long stays (10 nights or more) the cleaning of the accommodation will be MANDATORY, as well as change of sheets and towels. This cleaning has no cost to the guest. The amount of cleaning services will increase depending on the length of stay of the guest. EVERYTHING DESCRIBED IS INSIDE THE ROOM AND IT IS FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. Access is INDEPENDENT and secure (you receive your keys and control your entry/exit time). Guest access The entire room will be for your exclusive use. The bathroom is OUTSIDE of room but is only for you. We send you a sketch with the shops, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, laundries, and places of interest near our location. If you require parking, it is subject to an additional payment and availability. Likewise, you have a specific schedule to park your vehicle.
