The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The living room offers a sofa and loved seat. Guest access Guests may access the full residence. Other things to note This is a manufactured home that sits on 40 acres but it’s recommended to only access the two acres which the home is located on. The primary water source is a domestic well, like many farm homes in the San Luis Valley. There is a water dispenser with purified water which is routinely stocked for guests to use as drinking water.
