Everyone has nicked named this house “cozy cottage”. It is a warm welcoming cottage that is perfectly located between downtown Wilmington and the surrounding beaches. We are set back off the road where it is secluded with privacy. The cottage has everything you could need for a short stay . The space There is a spiral staircase that goes to upstairs bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom upstairs is a 1/2 bath. Please note the staircase is narrow and steep. Please consider this before booking. Downstairs bedroom is small and can only accommodate a twin bed. Due to the spiral staircase we can not accommodate children or pets. No pets aloud of any kind. Guest access Whole house is accessible also laundry shed Other things to note For your convenience there is a grocery store 3 minutes from the cottage and a couple of places to eat.
