The space Spread over 42 m², you will find a beautiful, open living and sleeping area. The apartment is very bright and you have a beautiful view of the Lumda Valley from the terrace or the windows. A very cozy 140 x 200 cm bed promises relaxing nights. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, so that friends can easily share the apartment without having to sleep in one bed. Please let us know when booking if you would like to use the sofa bed, then we will prepare it for you. A wardrobe and desk with office chair provide additional comfort. Do you enjoy starting your coffee in the morning with a little music? Just put on a record and listen to a few songs. Alternatively, you can connect your Spotify to the HardRock Bluetooth Box. A capsule machine and a handful of capsules await you. After sunset, the fairy lights on the balcony turn on. If they are off, it was probably too cloudy that day or you can just turn them on manually on the solar panel. One is in the middle of the balcony behind the small table to the outside and one behind the large plant behind the lounge chair to the left of the garden (back railing). A small, separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet fits nicely into the roof slope. The small separate kitchen offers basic equipment (no oven, but with a stove, no dishwasher) for short to medium stays. NEW: now also with washing machine for longer stays as well as clothes rack, ironing board and iron. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The house doesn't have an elevator. Due to the hillside location and south-facing slope, you have great views and sun all day. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note Since the bathroom is a bit smaller and especially the roof slope in the shower takes up space, it is a bit low for people over 1.85 m. The same applies to the toilet. The kitchen has basic equipment, don't expect too much here. However, we have plans to renovate the kitchen in 2026.
