Minutes from downtown Athens and UGA, we have all you need to celebrate SEC football, graduations, and everything in between. The space Enjoy tons of natural light in our Great Room/Kitchen area with plenty of seating for meals or meetings. The brand new kitchen includes double oven, electric glass cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The Samsung Frame TV over the fireplace is equipped with multiple streaming apps: AppleTV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Peacock and YouTube. If streaming isn't your thing, then select a piece of art from the Samsung library. The Den has a second 65" TV equipped with all of the above mentioned apps. The couch in this room folds out into a queen size bed with new memory foam mattress topper. Close the French doors and pull the curtains closed and you'll have a private room for sleeping or a dedicated work space. Multiple Amazon Alexa devices are installed in the home for playing music, etc. Just say "Alexa, play _____" or "Alexa, what's the weather today?" Ask her to turn up or down the volume to set the mood for your day. The Sun Room has an additional dining table with 4 chairs. Play an amazing 100 year old piano or lounge in a boat and read a book! Enjoy the beautiful light that 4 sliding glass doors provide. The Patio has two Adirondack chairs and an antique glider for relaxing. Speaking of the patio- this huge lot has so much space to enjoy! Park one vehicle in the carport and three more cars in the driveway. Park on the street with the flow of traffic. Guest access Owners' closet & basement will be locked during your stay. All other rooms are open for your use.
