The apartment is just a few meters away from the sea in the beautiful fishing and harbor village of Lemkenhafen. It has been newly renovated and equipped with high-quality furniture. Notes on additional costs and fees: Rental prices are for 2 people. Each additional person pays an additional fee. One dog can be booked at extra cost. The security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. Costs for water are included. Electricity is calculated according to consumption (€0.46/kWh, prices without guarantee) and charged with the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linen can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge. We expressly point out that we assume no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by the use of the ladder to climb onto the bunk bed. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the open living, dining and sleeping area with a cozy upholstered seating area, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table and the highlight of the apartment, the bunk bed floor (1.60 x 2.00 m) for 2 people. We expressly point out that it can only be reached via a ladder and is not suitable for small children. Use is at your own risk. A furry friend is welcome in the apartment. The apartment has high-speed Internet with 100 Mbits. This is rounded off with a new flat-screen TV with 100 HD channels, a soundbar for a good home theater experience and access to a Netflix account. Two infrared heaters provide cozy warmth on cold days. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, with a modern kitchenette that provides everything for everyday needs, such as a coffee capsule machine and an induction stovetop. The last room is the tastefully decorated bathroom with a large rain shower and sink. Of course, you also have the opportunity to soak up some sun on the terrace in front of the apartment. Sufficient seating in the form of terrace furniture is of course available. If you arrive by car, parking is available near the vacation property.
