The apartment is located just a few meters from the sea in the beautiful fishing and harbour village of Lemkenhafen. It has been refurbished and equipped with high-quality furniture. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: Rental prices are for 2 persons. Each additional person will pay an additional fee. One dog can be booked at extra cost. The deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. Costs for water are included. Electricity is calculated according to consumption (€0.46/kWh, prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. Parking space in front of the house is available for free. We expressly point out that we do not assume any liability for personal injury or property damage caused by the use of the ladders to climb the bunk bed. Upon entering the apartment, the open living, dining and sleeping area welcomes you with a cozy upholstered seating area that can be used at the same time as a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table as well as the highlight of the apartment, the loft floor (1.60 x 2.00 m) for 2 people. We expressly point out that this is only accessible via a ladder and is not suitable for infants. Use is at your own risk. A furry friend is welcome in the apartment. The apartment has high speed internet with 100Mbits. This is rounded off with a new flat screen TV with 100 HD channels, a sound bar for a good home theater experience, and access to a Netflix account. Two infrared heaters provide cozy warmth on cold days. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, with a modern kitchenette that provides everything for everyday needs such as a coffee capsule machine and an induction hob. As the last room, you will find the tastefully furnished bathroom with large rain shower and sink.
