Deer's Leap, 1 bed Shepherd's Hut near Kelso

A luxurious Shepherds Hut for two on the outskirts of the vibrant cobbled market town of Kelso. (one mile) We are lucky to be in a tranquil spot but in close proximity of A roads. Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line. The space It has a smartTV, shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The Kitchenette has a granite worktop, belfast sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The hut has an underfloor heating system too. A small quantity of coffee, tea etc will be provided .There is underbed storage.with a small selection of board games supplied. The bed has a top quality 'Emma' mattress. Quality John Lewis (ethically sourced) feather and duck down non allergy duvet. (alternative synthetic duvet available on request) Towels, tea towels, washing up liquid ,toiletries etc all supplied. Picnic table and benches plus two rattan chairs and glass top table to sit and enjoy the view..The hut is only an 1 hours drive to Edinburgh or Newcastle. Guest access We are situated just off a farm lane and a few hundred yards from a main A road. You will have your own dedicated parking space for one vehicle.
