There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor, enough for the number of people that come and a social bathroom (toilet and sink) in the living room. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them have two double beds and the master bedroom has 1 King bed and a sofa. twin size bed and this one has a niche (another bed that comes out from the bottom). I love the vibe that you can feel from the living room and the balcony, really great for you to have amazing conversations! You are provided with parking spaces on the property and an amazing courtyard with a swimming pool and lots of sunny lighting! It is definitely the place where you should be! Guest access Every area is accesible in the property! You are provided with parking space ✔ We just want you to be as nice neighbors as the ones we have ☺ Other things to note With us YOU WILL NOT PAY SERVICE FEE, it is on the house! If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different.
