Whilst, the outdoor spaces are a seamless melange of quintessential outdoor seating arrangements, a daybed, and a massive pool by the lawn.  Days here begin in the company of sweet birdsongs, as you devour your morning cuppa on the lawn, amidst the serene landscapes of Lonavala. Whilst the nights are punctuated by starry night skies, best savoured from the 2 decks of the home. The swimming pool is ideal for a rejuvenation soak. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars and 10 bikes This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.  The Space: BEDROOMS - The villa houses a total of 5 well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on first floor. - All bedrooms offer a myriad of leisure amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a plush separate seating area.  - Extra mattresses can be provided on request.  - A couple of bedrooms on the first floor open up to an attached balcony, overlooking the serene views.  BATHROOMS - There are 5 ensuite bathrooms, 1 common bathroom on the ground floor, and 1 powder room in the basement. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - This luxurious holiday home opens up to grand indoor spaces, all thoughtfully designed with Mediterranean furnishings.  - The entryway of the villa leads to the expansive drawing room, which is ornamented with lounge-style seating along with a snug semi-circular sofa. It can seat up to 17 people. - It is equipped with a plethora of amenities including 2 ACs, Wi-Fi, TV, a music system, and a projector, perfect for a movie night.  - There is a separate air-conditioned dining room, furnished with a long-rectangular table, ideal for 12 people. - The living room opens up to an extensive patio overlooking the emerald gardens, eloquently furnished with a circular swing and ample seating arrangements.  - Guests can relax and unwind in the gazebo, and soak in the refreshing breeze that surrounds the property.  - The patio leads to the beautifully manicured lawn, 8000 sq. ft. in size, with tiled walkways and loads of greenery.  - Perfect for a game of badminton, cricket, or even catch, the sheer size of the lawn is definitely a noteworthy feature of the property.  - The exteriors of the property also boast a private swimming pool, 35x25 ft. in size and 4.9 ft. in depth. - It is complete with a pool shower and a deck, ideal for an evening of relaxation. - The first floor features a bijou lounge, with seating for up to 4 people.  - It opens up to a private layered deck, overlooking the serene landscapes of Lonavala. It can accommodate up to 8 people.  - There is a designated games room as well, which is equipped with a curated mix of indoor games including table tennis, and foosball, all at your disposal.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please note that the meals will be delivered to the property. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 exclusive of meal charges. ACTIVITIES This lavish and rejuvenating getaway promises to be the ideal escape from monotony. Ideal for large groups, the home itself boasts a spectrum of experiences. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, however, there is a step leading to the villa. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, reheating is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes. - Kindly note that the Jacuzzi features cold water only. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
