Great base for exploring Edinburgh and the Highlands. 3-min walk to bus stop (30 mins to city), 15-min walk to train station (15 mins to Waverley), and 14-min walk to 24/7 airport bus (15 mins to airport). Town centre with views, cafés, and restaurants 10 mins away. Tesco 5 mins walk, small shop and takeaway 2 mins. On-street parking, bike storage, and friendly local tips available. Guest access Private room with work space, shared family bathroom. During your stay We will be generally around so happy to offer help in person, but also available via text/phone when we’re away. Other things to note Kitchen: Guests are welcome to use kitchen for light food preparation (oven, microwave, fridge) but no full cooking from scratch please (pots and pans) unless pre-agreed for long term stays.
