Welcome to Colored Dreams House. A sanctuary of colors and light set within 2,000 m² of land with olive trees and flowers dancing in the breeze. Naturally illuminated all day, it invites you to relax or work in peace throughout the year. From the garden to the mountain and the sea stretching across the horizon, every moment is an invitation to tranquility and unforgettable memories. Just 5 minutes by car, you’ll find golden beaches, traditional tavernas, and cafés to savor local life. The space The accommodation is newly built (completed in August 2022) ground floor 71 sq.m. attention to detail to fulfill your every need and can accommodate up to 4 people. The owner lives on the 1st floor. It has a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, in a single space with a/c. It has two bedrooms, one of which has an internal wardrobe, a / c and a work desk for those who wish to combine their work with holidays. The other bedroom has a wardrobe, a fan and a heating unit is provided during the winter months. It also has a very spacious bathroom. Guest access The property is located 12 minutes by car east of the city of Heraklion and 9 minutes from the airport. The entrance to the house is independent through a paved courtyard with rose and jasmine trees. The entire outdoor area is accessible to the residents who can enjoy it at any time of the day. Other things to note At a distance of 5 minutes by car there are restaurants, bakeries, super markets and at 10 minutes the Cretaquarium and Watercity. At a distance of 16Km is the Minoan Palace of Knossos. Also, at a distance of 200m is the Porofarango, at 6Km the Gorge of Ag.
