Very delicate and newly renovated studio apartment with a central location on Ulsåk. Immediate proximity to large supermarket and ski bus right outside the door. Large common areas with sofa groups, fireplaces, two billiard tables, Playstation and playroom as well as two complete kitchens with large dining tables. The space Very well utilized apartment with sofa bed that is 140 cm wide when pulled out. Compact kitchen with oven and induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. TV connected to Apple TV with most apps. Large, tiled bathroom with shower curtain and heated floors. Duvets and pillows as well as extra blankets are available, but bed linen is an additional cost of NOK NOK 200/set. This is ordered by an external company in good time before arrival. Cleaning upon departure is done by the guest and it is important to leave the apartment as you would like to take it over. If you want the final cleaning to be done by us, this costs NOK 500 and can be booked well in advance of arrival. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests as well as common areas on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, the sauna and laundry room are currently closed due to high electricity costs. Other things to note Bed linen is not included, but can be rented for NOK 200/set and rented from an external company. Cleaning of the apartment is done by the guests themselves. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be ordered in advance from an external company for NOK 500.
