The cottage is fully private, featuring an ensuite bathroom, AC, and a garden view. However, the property includes other cottages that may be booked by other guests during your stay. You’ll have access to shared amenities such as the pool, garden, outdoor seating, and separate dining area. The overall vibe remains calm, community-friendly and rooted in nature. The space Indoor Spaces – Where Comfort Meets Simplicity Step inside, and you'll find warm, thoughtfully designed interiors—simple yet functional, offering all essentials for a relaxed stay. Bedroom: Our bedroom are located on the ground floor, featuring king-sized bed, cozy linens, air-conditioning, wardrobe, and garden views. This room sleeps two guests comfortably; and can accommodate up to 3 additional person on a mattress (extra charge apply). Extra pillows and blankets are available on request. Bathrooms: Bedroom has its own attached bathroom, equipped with a geyser, shower, exhaust fan, jet spray, shampoo, soap, toilet rolls, and a set of bath and hand towels. Hair dryers can be arranged on request. Separate Dining: (Shared space) While there is no separate indoor living room, the outdoor shared dining space next to the kitchen invites casual meals and conversations. A ping pong table in the dining area ensures unlimited fun. Note: Only Bisleri water is provided; drinking water must be purchased separately. We also offer a chef-on-call service (chargeable). Kitchen is not provided for self cooking, but guests can order from outside restaurants. Pool: A shared outdoor pool (4–5 ft deep) is available for all guests, and poolside lighting to enjoy an evening dip. Garden & Play Area: Children can play freely in a separate play area next to the pool, the garden has dedicated space for cricket and badminton. Bonfire & Barbeque: Enjoy a bonfire under the stars (free of charge) or opt for a barbeque night with minimum 10 portions (non veg ₹400/plate, veg ₹300/plate). Outdoor Dining: There’s plenty of seating in the garden for open-air meals or morning tea with birdsong for company. A valid permit is required, and guests must obtain the permit from the local excise department and adhere to Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act and State Laws. Visitors are not allowed to drop in unannounced. Only registered guests can access the property. Pets are not allowed Pool Rules 1. Supervision & Safety No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim at your own risk. Children must be always supervised by an adult. No diving, jumping, or rough play – The pool is 4-5 ft deep and not suitable for diving. 2. Hygiene & Cleanliness Shower before entering – Please rinse off sand, dirt, or lotions before using the pool. Foot rinse required – Use the foot wash area to avoid bringing in dirt. 3. Food & Drink No food inside the pool – Kindly enjoy your snacks at the designated garden seating area. No glassware near the pool – Only plastic cups allowed. Broken glass poses a serious hazard and will result in a cleaning fee. 4. Alcohol & Pool Use Drink responsibly – Excessive alcohol consumption and swimming are a dangerous mix. Please use discretion. 5. Emergencies In case of any emergency, contact the caretaker immediately.
