Enjoy. The space The condo is located in a nice residential complex. Excellent for professionals looking to relax or students wanting to study in peace. This is a quite clean environment and should be treated as such. Guest may smoke on the patio, preferably at night. No smoking inside. Keep it classy. Please no parties, events, or extremely loud anything especially after dark. Be respectful of the neighbors. Guest access Master key lock box on the front gate entrance with the key inside to the main entry and front door.
