One of the bedrooms, equipped with a click, can also act as a guest room, dressing room, or office room. The master bedroom has a large double bed (160x200) with a firm Bultex mattress, a ceiling fan and a TV that can be used as a remote desk. Very quiet, waveproof, the room allows a very good night's recovery. The second bedroom is equipped with a clac-clac, always in Bultex mattresses (140x190), a large dressing room-style wardrobe and a variable-height desk with its PC screen. The living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The refrigerator is very quiet (29kg). The accommodation is equipped with wifi and a GSM amplifier to receive calls, despite the filtering of waves through the walls and a 110-inch projection screen, if you come with a portable projector, to project into the living room or bedroom. Plumber intervention for simple toilet unblocking: 130 euros (the intervention can cost up to 250 euros in case of more complicated unblocking) Broken or missing item: price of the item (except dishes, up to 2 broken items per stay) + if necessary, the price of an installer if the cleaning team was unsuccessful or does not have sufficient skills. The cleaning team is trained to detect anomalies, takes photos that allow for a contradictory inventory, and knows the accommodation by heart (no staff rotation). A complete inventory is available in the welcome booklet. Nevertheless, in order not to waste time, we highlight on your arrival a simplified inventory which lists about twenty points subject to a methodical observation. Because anomalies such as a missing refrigerator, a torn-out ceiling fan, a torn-out TV, or a clogged toilet don't need to be mentioned to be spotted. Within two (2) hours of entering the accommodation, the inventory is deemed to be accepted by you. We invite you to report any problem as quickly as possible so that we can deal with it with you as smoothly as possible, and avoid the triggering of an expensive emergency intervention by a craftsman between the cleaning service and the arrival of the next tenant. We're committed to calling you before any problems are detected at the end of your stay to hear your side of the story before we take any action regarding the security deposit or pursue any legal action. Other conditions: The tenant undertakes to accept the visit of the premises if the landlord or his agent so requests. In particular, it authorizes the Landlord, or any third party authorized by him for this purpose, to carry out, during the duration of the rental, any repair ordered by the emergency, such as security elements (wifi included).
