The master bedroom has a large double bed (160 x 200) with a firm Bultex mattress, a ceiling fan and a TV that can serve as a remote desk. Very quiet, soundproof, the room allows a night of very good recovery. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, also with a Bultex mattress (140 x 190), a large dressing room style wardrobe and a desk with variable height with its PC screen. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The refrigerator is very quiet (29 dB). The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a GSM amplifier to receive calls, despite the filtering of waves by the walls and a 110-inch projection screen, if you come with a portable video projector, to project in the living room or in the bedroom. Because anomalies such as a missing refrigerator, a torn ceiling fan, a torn TV or a clogged toilet do not need to be mentioned to be identified. Within two (2) hours of your entry into the accommodation, the inventory is deemed to be accepted by you. We invite you to report any problem as soon as possible so that we can deal with it with you as calmly as possible, and avoid the triggering of an expensive intervention by a tradesman in an emergency between the cleaning service and the arrival of the next tenant. We are committed to calling you before any problem detected at the end of your stay to learn about your version before any deduction from the deposit or prosecution. Other conditions: The tenant agrees to accept the visit of the premises if the landlord or their agent so requests.
