Villa Carpe Diem at Rio Mar Resort - Beach/Golf

This beautifully decorated three bedroom Mediterranean style villa is inside the Rio Mar Beach Resort, 5 minutes away of El Yunque National Rainforest. The space Villa has beds for up to 8 guests but the base rate is for 6 guests, additional guests pay $75/night. You must input exact number of guests to get the complete quote. Villa guests can enjoy the various amenities offered including golf, tennis, pickleball, the casino and restaurants. The hotel pool and beach club pool areas are limited to hotel guests only. The Resort has two championship golf courses (Ocean and River), a tennis Center with clay, hard and Pickle courts. And of course, there's the beach, a mile long secluded sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to sit back and relax. The villa is located in Cluster #2 which has its own recreational area with a newly renovated swimming pool and Gazebo for activities. The villa has a spectacular view of the golf course (Ocean Course Hole 5). It has a cross ventilated layout which makes it ideal for enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery from the outdoor terrace. The villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. Fresh linens and towels are provided. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom, Smart TV set. The second bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom and the third room has 2 full size beds. Wireless internet service is provided. There is a 55' LED Smart TV in the living room that has connections to all subscription services like Netflix and Amazon Prime (personal accounts must be used). A BBQ grill is included for your use at the open balcony. Be advised that Villa Guests are not allowed to have outside visitors. Great for family vacation. Other things to note We provide all linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen as well as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap). We do not provide paper towel, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, etc.. although there might be some leftover from previous guests that you can use but if they run out you must purchase your own.
