"ROMARINE" air-conditioned guest room with pool

Large guest room for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 90 convertible bed) 21 m² air-conditioned with private bathroom and toilet. The bedding is equipped with a new mattress and "hotel" quality of standard size. You can have your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden or in the veranda provided with its equipped kitchenette. The neighborhood is very quiet. Come and enjoy the tranquility of this stylish and comfortable place The space This large room is in a wing of the house and communicates directly with the garden and pool. It can accommodate only 3 people (2 adults + 1 child - 1 adult + 2 children - 3 adults). Two other guesthouses are present in this house wing, each independent and with a lock door. You can also enjoy the veranda with its kitchenette and dining area. You can reach us if you need anything , as our home is in the other wing of the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire outside of the house, namely the wooded area, boules court, outdoor terraces and swimming pool with sunbathing. Meals or breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace during the summer or enjoy the veranda with its equipped dining area. During your stay you can reach me on my cell phone if needed when I'm not on site. Otherwise you can ring the doorbell of the private separation/guest rooms. A varied breakfast will be offered for an amount of 8 euros per person if you wish. Other things to note Our accommodation includes 3 perfectly independent guest rooms, all 3 air-conditioned and with access to the pool and wooded grounds. The village, located close to Nîmes, has all amenities: bakeries, Casino supermarket, Lidl, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors... The neighborhood is very quiet and we want to prioritize tranquility as much as possible in the guest rooms and in the outdoor garden.
