It sleeps 4 (queen bed & doublebed) & has a full kitchen & washer for a true home-like feel. Steps away, you'll find the Hilton, convenience stores like Lawson & 7-Eleven. This is your ideal hub for exploring all that Clark has to offer. The space SLEEPING AREA: 🛏️ Rest easy on a cozy queen bed and a pullout double bed—perfect for up to 4 guests. KITCHENETTE: 🍳 Cook with ease using a fridge, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and full cookware set. BATHROOM & LAUNDRY: 🚿🧺 Enjoy a clean, modern bath with hot/cold shower and free toiletries, plus your own automatic washer for longer stays. PET-FRIENDLY: 🐾 Up to two small, well-behaved pets are welcome! Please let us know upon booking. THE NEIGHBORHOOD 🗺️ Peaceful yet close to Clark’s top spots: 🍽️ Dining: Walk to Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort for great food. 🌳 Recreation: Clark Parade Grounds—7 mins by car or 30 mins walk. 🎢 Attractions: Aqua Planet & Clark Safari ~10 mins, Dinosaur Island ~20 mins. ✈️ Access: Only 15–20 mins to Clark International Airport (CRK); Grab and taxis available. Guest access PARKING: Guests may park for free in any parking space located just outside the condo building. A parking pass or forms are not required. POOL: Enjoy the pool daily between 9:00 AM and 7:50 PM. Access is free and no pass is needed. Please note the pool is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance. Other things to note POTENTIAL NOISE: You might hear a gentle hum from the water pipes during your stay. It doesn’t happen often and only lasts briefly. If that’s alright with you, we’d love to host you! HOUSEKEEPING: To keep rates low and respect your privacy, daily cleaning isn’t included. Extra linens are provided for your convenience. Optional cleaning service available for ₱800.
