The suite is private, glamorous and has a balcony. The suite encompasses the third floor of an estate built in 1741 (steps) Enjoy the heated pool and the beautiful, well-tended gardens seasonally. The space The Marilyn Monroe Suite is a private suite with free off-street, private parking and entrance, located on the third floor of an historic estate built in 1741. The suite is new, has cathedral ceilings, wood floors, a stocked kitchen, a private deck and many amenities including service for high tea (tea, honey, beautiful tea cups, tea pot etc.)! Please note there are stairs to get to the third floor. We love but cannot accept pets due to guest allergies. We are located in beautiful Bucks County and are central to many tourist attractions such as Bucks County's famous Peddler's Village; Bucks County's covered bridges; Pennsbury Manor; the famous Bucks County Wine Trail; many Microbreweries; Sesame Place; New Hope; Historic Philadelphia; Washington's Crossing; Hershey Park; Crayola Factory; Parx Casino; River Country; many restaurants, entertainment venues, plays and concerts, and major highways, the turnpike, Rt 1, the train. Guest access Please enjoy the gardens and patios all day long (seasonally) and the heated pool between the hours of 9am to 9pm, May through September/October (weather permitting). The pool will be open, but may not be heated in October. The pool is private to listed guests for the Airbnb's located on the property. $20 fee for turning the pool heater higher when the heater is on, weather permitting. This neighborhood, and the surrounding neighborhoods, is affluent as well as very safe. Other things to note There is a large, modernized kitchen with new pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. There are many grocery store and restaurant options. Instacart is available at this address, as is DoorDash and other food delivery services. Included in the suite is a dishwasher, an oven, a washer and dryer, Turkish towels, soaps, shampoos, bamboo sheets, soft blankets, a large refrigerator, high speed wifi, a 55" smart tv and free parking. City ordinances do not allow parking in the street. We have plenty of driveways and private (free) parking.
