It is 7-minute drive to the Blue Mountain Village and surrounding private ski-clubs (Alpine/Collingwood/Toronto Ski Clubs), a 2-minute drive to Northwinds Beach, and 10-minute drive to both Collingwood and Thornbury. Perfect for a large family or two smaller families, the place offers large rooms to gather whilst also providing ample of rooms for privacy: there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large living areas. In the warmer weather, enjoy the surrounding beaches or ride your bike on the trails, and come back to enjoy some BBQ and outdoor dining on the deck. In the colder season, hit the slopes and come back to a quintessential chalet complete with fire places and hot tub (brand new in 2022 with a salt water system) to warm up your toes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place, except for a couple of storage areas, the crawl space under the deck, and the shed. Other things to note Outdoor dining set and patio furniture is unavailable in the winter.
