Cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Reykjavik

I'm renting a single bedroom 2nd floor apartment in 109 Reykjavík. The apartment is 70 m2 with a kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. The living room has balconies and a TV. It is located a 35 min drive from Keflavík Airport and a 10-15 min drive from Downtown. Mjódd shopping center, where you can find a 24/7 grocery store, is located a 3 min drive/10 min walk away. A main bus station is also located in same area. Other things to note There is no elevator in the apartment building.
