Shaker-Style Boarding House in Callicoon - Apt. 3

Our modern interpretation of a classic Catskills Boarding House. Two painstakingly restored buildings comprising eight units ranging from one to four bedrooms, each with their own kitchenette and living space. Designed to follow the elegant simplicity of the Shakers with a focus on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury that comes from well made things. The Boarding House is an homage to the Catskills of old where hospitality came first. The space Apartment 3 is one of three apartments on the second floor of the Upper Boarding House. One of our smaller, cozier units that features a queen sized bed, full bathroom, a humble living room, and a kitchenette for cooking small meals. This kitchenette wraps around the building's old chimney stacks, which is one of our favorite features of the entire building! Guest access In addition to Apartment 3 you'll have access to our communal spaces such as the Library and Parlor Kitchen, which you are free to use at any time during your stay. Complimentary continental breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Parlor Kitchen.
