The space In the building where our residential part is located and 2 other cottages of 4 and 10 people allowing to extend the sleeping capacity, each accommodation having independent access and without connection by the interior between cottages, the cottage of the Margériaz classified 3 épis gîtes de France of 90 m2 includes a large living room dining room, a separate kitchen, 1 separate toilet, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 1 with toilet. The 2 bedrooms located upstairs with the bathroom with toilet accommodate up to 9 people: one bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other very large bedroom has 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds as well as a dresser that can be transformed into a changing table. Linens and towels are provided free of charge for any stay from a week. Private garden furniture in the summer (protected by a canvas in winter), hard barbecue available all year round! In addition to your private area, you will have a common garden where a slide and soccer cage are installed in the summer. Guest access Located in the resort village of Aillons-Margériaz, the accommodation is located in the heart of the Bauges, in order to radiate throughout the massif (15 min from Lescheraines and school in Bauges, 30 min from Feclaz, 45 minutes from Chambéry train station and the center of Annecy), enough to radiate on all the hikes and walks of a geological nature of this massif doubly classified as a regional natural park and UNESCO world geopark.
