The Cabins at the Farm is Suncadia's hotest new neighborhood of Scandinavian modern homes. Nestled in the Nelson Preserve, this home back to a seasonal creek with west expsosure. Desgined to bring the outdoors in. Greeted by whymsical birch wallpaper, vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light & comfy furnishings. The back patio is ideal to dine al fresco, sit around the firepit or soak in the hot tub. The studio/bunk room is perfect to have your kids with you but not on top of you. We love it. The space * 3 Bedrooms (1 Primary Suite on ground floor, 1 King on main and 1 Studio apartment/bunk room with 3 single bunks and I full bed in bunk beds. The studio is in a detached building above the garage. It is about 10 feet from teh main house. This cabin is really geared for 4-6 adults and the rest kids. The two upper bunks are not really spacious enough for adults. * 2 King Beds main house plus 3 single and 1 full bunk bed in studio. * Sleeps 9 | Max Occupancy Day or Night *Main cabin is 1200 sqaure feet, 557 sq feet in studio * Beautiful Kitchen with New Appliances and Full Set of Cookware * Gas Fire Pit * Outdoor BBQ * 3 Smart TVs * Air conditioning cooling system * Maximum of 2 cars garage and two in driveway. Please keep driveway clear when it is snowing for our snow removal guys to do thier job. Guest access Guests will enter via main entrance to the home. Unit access is provided via digital key code, so you can directly access it upon your check-in time. There are two parking spots in the driveway. Other things to note * This rental does not provide access to the Suncadia pools or fitness center. * Guests may use the Golf Course, Glade Spring Spa, Suncadia's seasonal gear rentalslike bikes and snow shoes and the Lodge Restaurants. * Our check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and our check-out is at 11:00 AM. * We ask that guests do not have parties and keep noise levels to a minimum out of consideration for the neighbors. * This rental has a strict no pets policy.
