The space Your host provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel/soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies. Once these are used, the guests supply what is needed. Washing machines and dryers are in the laundry room which is located on the first floor of the building. Hosts are not responsible for items forgotten/left behind following the guests' stay, but will be returned to the guests by mail, if requested, the cost of which will be paid in advance by guests. No parties or gatherings are allowed in the apartment or on the premises. The apartment and property are smoke free. Smoking, vaping or the use of marijuana in any form is not allowed in the apartment or on the property. Guest access The building is secured and limited to access by residents and guests via an electronic keypad lock. The lock code will be provided to guests prior to arrival. The entire apartment is for the use and enjoyment of the guests and is accessed via an electronic keypad lock. Parking for one vehicle is available in the parking lot located behind the building. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street. Other things to note If your stay is during the summer months, please turn the air conditioner off at the end of your stay. If your stay is during the winter months, please turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees at the end of your stay.
