Studio Between Ferns

This studio with the inner courtyard and the garden with ferns, is a fully renovated independent appartment of 20 sq.m. with a kitchenette and a bathroom οn short distance from the beaches and the city center. It is suitable for holidays, because it is cool with pleasant energy and it retains all the elements of the traditional urban architecture of its time, while it is equipped with all the comforts. We offer it for vacation rental because we want the place to be filled with nice memories . The space The studio provides: - bedroom with a double bed 1.40m*2.00m, double wardrobe, small table equipped with a flat TV - kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, kitchen hood, small refregarator, fully equipped - independent bathroom equipped with shower and water heater - fenced in backyard with a garden full of ferns which is shadowed from a large beautifull bitter orange tree and from the vineyard arbor on the roof of the building It is highlighted that: - the kitchenette and the bathroom are 2.00m hight and a very tall tenant might be disturbed. - the backyard is being shared with the (same ownership) residence "Residence Between Ferns _ Renovated vintage house" that's why there are shaped three different outside seating areas so as there is plenty space of relax for everyone. Guest access The bus station for the city center is next to the apartment. The studio has an independent entrance through the shared backyard. The backyard is being shared between the two apartments. On the backyard there is an external metal staircase leading to the roof where the access is being forbidden , so please be careful of the children and people with mobility issues. Other things to note Dear guests, due to the increased requirements of this period and having full sense of responsibility towards our guests, we would like to inform you that we follow all the hygiene rules cleaning the apartment. Αll rooms are well ventilated, cleaned and disinfected properly, taking all the protective measures (disposable masks and gloves etc.) and using the appropriate materials.
