Your whole group will enjoy staying together under one roof in a great location. Guests have access to the entire 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house including covered ground floor porch and 3rd floor deck. East Austintacious is a fantastic base to explore Austin. You are a 5 - 10 minute walk to 20+ restaurants, food trucks bars, and coffee shops. You are a 20 walk from UT Austin, Moody Amphitheater. And 6th Street, Rainy Street, downtown, SoCo, Zilker Park, and COTA are all just a short ride away. The space This spacious, modern house is filled with light, color, and fun, quirky art. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the house sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The ground floor has an open floor plan that lets everyone hang out in one big room that has a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room leads right out onto the covered back patio. And there is a third-floor deck with cool breezes. Since this is our sometimes home, it has all of the amenities you need for short or long stays: a full kitchen with lots of cooking supplies, a washer & dryer, games, easy-to-use high speed wifi, and multiple dedicated work spaces. Art lovers will appreciate the outdoor gallery of birdhouses painted in the style of the masters. Test your art history knowledge by guessing the inspiration! Inside, there is a Covid art wall. A gallery of sanity-saving art projects done by non-artists during quarantine. East Austintacious is the perfect place to stay for SXSW; Austin City Limits (ACL); Formula 1 and other races at Circuit of the Americas; football and other sports at UT, and concerts at the Moody Amphitheater or other live music venues across Austin. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 floor, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. This also includes a front porch, a back yard patio with areas for sitting and dining, a fenced-in backyard with a grill, and a third-floor penthouse deck with a view of the neighborhood. A private driveway provides parking for one car. There is also plenty of free street parking if you have extra vehicles. Other things to note The house has 4 bedrooms in total, each with their own arrangements. Bedroom #1 is in the 3rd floor penthouse. It has a queen-sized bed, an attached full bathroom, and a private deck. Bedroom #2 is on the 2rd floor. It has a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor. It has twin-sized beds that convert into plush chairs and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is on the 2nd floor. It has a twin-sized daybed and twin-sized trundle bed that can be placed anywhere within the room or rolled into the master bedroom. For anyone using the space for remote work, there are multiple options: a desk in the penthouse bedroom, small work tables in the third bedroom, and a desk in the fourth bedroom. East Austintacious is not recommended for highly sheltered children. There are a couple art pieces with mild nudity and profanity. We also don't recommend it for anyone having difficulty with stairs because the bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Lastly, for those with particularly sensitive allergies, you should know that cats are occasional guests in the house.
