A perfect little oasis in the desert! Your own 1100 sqft 2-bedroom Spanish-style casita surrounded by over 100 orange trees. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather, you've found the right place! You will be far enough to feel like you are out of the city, but minutes away from everything you might need! ***POOL CLOSED SEPTEMBER 12th, 2023 TO MAY 1st, 2024! Private hot-tub open every day all day. Sauna is also available anytime! The space The overall space spans 2 1/4 acres with the main house, large garage, and guest house all situated in the center. There are rows of citrus trees right outside your back door and lots of wild birds, bunnies, and parrots in the palm trees. The house is approximately 1100 square feet and receives lots of natural light during the daytime. Both bedrooms are bright and roomy with French-style doors leading into the orchard. The Jack & Jill style bathroom features a large shower and a bidet (installed by a tenant during the toilet paper craze of 2020). The dedicated workspace is situated in a nook with a view of your patio out the window. The cozy full kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen-ey things, and the dining table can be expanded to accommodate larger groups. We have board games, lawn games, pool toys, pets that will greet you, a neighborhood donkey you'll hear now and again, and plenty of areas to explore for the busy-bodies. There are various tranquil and peaceful areas to relax and read or meditate for those who would prefer to wind down. The view into the courtyard from the front window is better than any view from the main house! There’s also a sauna available 24/7! Guest access Guests are welcome to roam the entire property and take in all the surroundings. We only ask that you do not enter the main house or the garage without permission. We also ask that you do not use our hot tub (you’ll have your own), go onto the rooftop, or attempt to operate the elevator. Other than that, feel free to explore away! Have a question about something? Don’t be shy! Just ask! Other things to note **Important notes** The pool is open seasonally from May to September. The rest of the time, a dance floor is installed over the top. Yes, the pool is heated. We like to remove fence panels for better access to the orchard. The backyard will not be fully enclosed unless we are made aware of pets. We do not charge for pets, but you must tell us if you are bringing pets that you intend to let run freely in the enclosed area. This casita is situated on a property that is also a wedding venue. We may have venue tours scheduled during your stay which means you may see people walking around outside and taking pictures of the surroundings. More info: orangegroveweddings dot com.
