A modern holiday apartment with a wonderful view invites you to a relaxing holiday. You live on 50 square meters in a lovingly renovated, ultra-modern apartment, with a cozy bedroom, with a large double bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment is on our property in Klingenthal. It offers rest and relaxation and is a nice starting point for many holiday activities. The space The newly renovated holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house. Via the separate entrance you enter the kitchen/living room via the hallway, with a cloakroom and lots of excursion information. From there there is access to the bedroom and bathroom. All areas are designed in such a way that they invite you to relax and unwind. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement for an additional fee of 20 euros. Guest access You can get to the holiday apartment in our semi-detached house completely alone via a separate entrance. At the back of the house you have access to the large garden of the house, where you can spend cozy barbecue evenings in the summer on garden furniture. You can also access the ski cellar here, where you can store your ski gear in winter and where you will find two mountain bikes that we will make available to you for your stay. Other things to note The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on site. 1.50 euros/person per day.
