Welcome to our little Parisian cocoon of 13M2 on the banks of the Seine. On the 2 floor without elevator of a building dating from the French Revolution, located in one of the oldest streets in Paris! This little haven of peace in the middle of the Latin Quarter is a superb base for visiting the City of Light. Close to Notre Dame, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, this little nest guarantees you a pleasant stay! Without neighbors, with a courtyard view for absolute tranquility. The space Our little nest is located in an old hotel, without neighbors, the place is both warm and functional. Optimized to the maximum, mezzanine bed (size 140), accessible by a fixed wooden ladder, for the very tall you will have to pay attention to the exposed beams :) The kitchenette is equipped (kettle, hotplates, microwave, fridge). The bathroom, toilet takes up the functional challenge hands down, with a sink, storage units, a shower cubicle and a large wardrobe for clothes. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, do not hesitate to enjoy the sun on the terrace at the foot of the building. The fiber is not yet available, we do not currently have a wifi network, it's in progress... No air conditioning, but the courtyard side keeps the apartment cool. Pleased to welcome you !
