To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Barbecue kit, fireplace - Washing machine, iron, torch - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars inside and 3 outside the main villa This is not a wheelchair-friendly villa. Pets are welcome, however a security deposit of Rs 5,000 will be levied, and pet cleaning services will be charged separately at Rs 1,500 excluding taxes for the whole stay. The Space: BEDROOMS - This charming home adorned with vintage cosy interiors houses 2 bedrooms. - Each with an unending view of the forest is replete with amenities such as a king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi access, and a heater. - All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - There are a total of 3 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 2 ensuite bathrooms. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - A hairdryer can be made available upon request. COMMON AREAS - The warm and cosy interiors of the living room on the ground floor exude a calming yet pleasant aura. - It is replete with sofa-style comfortable seating that can accommodate up to 7 people. - This room is equipped with a plethora of amenities such as a portable music system, Wi-Fi access, a TV, heater, and a quaint fireplace. - Another living area opens up to the dining area which has ample seating arrangements for about 7 people. - It is equipped with a heater. - With an abundance of cosy nooks throughout its expanse, the property also features an airy verandah. - Guests can grab a quick hot cuppa and soak in the calm environs that envelope this property. - There are ample seating arrangements here that can accommodate up to 7 people. - Enjoy the sprawling outdoor area which features a lush green lawn. - This well-manicured lawn spreads across an area of about 750 sq.ft. and has ample seating space that can accommodate up to 6 people. - Guests can catch a glimpse of the vivid hues of the sky from dusk till dawn and simply stroll along its expanse. - Another highlight of this quaint property is the open terrace offering a scenic view of the surroundings. - Guests can enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner right under starry skies here. - It also has ample seating arrangements for up to 5 people. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen at an additional charge. - It is equipped with a water purifier, microwave, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided by our in-house cook at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 plus taxes. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Kindly notify the cook in advance for the meal preparations. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the bedroom on the lower ground floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 1 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- excluding meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIES Tucked away in pastels of green lies this quaint holiday home offering a spectrum of experiences to indulge in. Guests can explore, stroll or play along the lawn blending with the surrounding greenery. Reserve your evenings for a scrumptious barbecue meal while huddling around the bonfire. Get to indulge in the whole candle-light dinner experience on the terrace right under the starry skies or simply gather around the quaint fireplace for a quick catching-up session. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use. - The fireplace can be accessed by the guests at an extra charge of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - Guests can use the washing machine at an additional charge per load. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - A candle-light dinner experience on the terrace right under the starry skies can be arranged for an extra charge of Rs. 2000 exclusive of meals. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Stags (all male group) are not allowed at the property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly villa. - This is a pet-friendly property. However a security deposit of Rs 5,000 will be levied, and pet cleaning services will be charged separately at Rs 1,500 excluding taxes for the whole stay. - In case of a power outage, the 4 KVA generator can support all appliances and plug points for up to 5 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the main entrance of the property for security purposes. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of insects and bugs around the property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - This is a standalone property.
