The space House sits on 9 acres in Silver Creek. Our dirt road is well maintained, great natural light, the property has a detached 3 car garage with a long term rental. Bedrooms are large and the house is great for gathering family & friends. This is our home and not usually rented. We built the house in 2001. We are 8 miles to Canyons Village & 10 miles to Historic Main St and 11 miles to Deer Valley. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbasin are an hour drive. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house other than the unfinished basement. Other things to note AWD vehicle is necessary in the winter. Our road has a hill that requires AWD
