Near Enjoy Golf Course, Binghamton University, Wilson Hospital, Binghamton General, Lourdes Hospital, Broome Community College as well as many parks. Close to many restaurants and taverns: My favorites include: Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully's and the Pour House. The space Wind down or wrap up the businesss day in this tranquil room. During your stay No one has access to the home except for myself, my cohost and staff who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello. Other things to note THE NEIGHBORHOOD City neighborhood in Johnson City. Quiet, residential area which borders surrounding small cities of Endicott, Vestal, Binghamton & Endwell. Also, I want to mention that the nearby cemetery is a lovely, peaceful place that’s well-kept. It’s often patrolled by police, which adds an extra layer of safety to our neighborhood. **Things to Keep in Mind:** Welcome! I want to share a few important things about your stay. This building has some history, and I proudly advertise it as a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to rest. I don’t claim that it’s newly remodeled or luxurious. If you’re on the lookout for imperfections, you might find them, but I promise that your experience will focus on comfort and affordability. Over time, the owners and I are committed to making updates, but the main thing you can count on is a clean and cozy environment. I’m here as your friendly host, dedicated to ensuring you have a great experience. Please remember that my pricing reflects a budget-friendly option, so if you’re looking for luxury, there are other places to explore. You’ve booked a private room, but just a heads up—there will be other guests using the common areas. I take great care to have your room clean and locked on the day of your arrival, and I also make sure that the bathrooms and shared spaces are tidy. If you arrive after 6 PM, it’s possible that other guests have used those areas, as they, too, are here to enjoy their stay. If you ever notice that the common areas aren’t being kept tidy by others, please don’t hesitate to let me know! Communication is key in shared housing, and I’m here to help. I try to check in weekly, but things can come up. If you reach out to me, I’ll arrange for a cleaner right away and address any issues with the other guests. If, after reading this, you feel like this isn’t the right fit for you, that’s completely okay! If you check in and find that it’s not what you expected, just let me know.
