Make memories at our unique Mountain & Lake Home. Short walk into lake harmony beach, and an indoor waterpark & pools 2 minutes away! Golf course 4 minutes away. Skiing in only 7 minutes! Enjoy a private hot tub, a covered, screened porch, large second porch with additional seating, grilling, large outdoor dining & large fire pit area! Guest access There is plenty of parking in the private driveway. Most activities within Lake Harmony, while close, still require a short drive. For example, Shenanigans (a favorite restaurant/bar of ours) is less than 5 minutes by car. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided. There are TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. There is no cable, however every TV is "smart" so guests may log into their own Netflix, HULU, Prime, etc. Policies: No Fireworks No smoking inside the home No events, parties, or large gatherings Primary renter must be 25 or older; no groups of young adults under 25 yrs. old There is a pet fee if guest chooses to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. If this is not charged at time of booking, is charged shortly after booking is confirmed. Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
