The space It is a bright 2nd floor apartment with two bedrooms, an open plan living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a small space that houses the washing machine. In the master bedroom there is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress and a memory foam top, as well as a very large built in wardrobe. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, also with a very comfortable mattress, a camp bed that can accommodate the fifth person, a wardrobe and a TV. In the living room-kitchen you will find a sofa, two armchairs, two small stools, a coffee table, a 36 inch HD TV and much more. The three main spaces (bedrooms and living room) have a ceiling fan and air conditioner. Surrounding the apartment there are three balconies, one of them is very big and has a nice view of the park next to the Amaliada Town Hall. The house has everything that a couple or a family needs for a multi-day vacation in Amaliada. It is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dryer, two TVs, fridge, kitchen, oven, food and coffee making items, plates, glasses, cutlery (also plastic for the younger children) and much more. All windows and balcony doors have aluminum frames and a window net. In the master bedroom there are also two very large shutters that open and close with an electric mechanism and remote control. This ensures abundant sunshine or adequate shading with the touch of a button. Guest access Due to the great location of the apartment in the center of Amaliada, you can park your car on the street or in the municipal free parking located right across the street and in a minute you are at the central market of Amaliada, as well as the very beautiful high quality restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, banks etc. For anything you need, the nearest super market is only 100 meters away. The well known beach of Kourouta is only 6 km away (8-10 min by car) and up to 8 km away you have access to many other beautiful beaches such as Marathia, Palouki, Savalia etc. The suburban bus station (KTEL) is located just 300 meters away (four min walk), therefore you can come even without a car.
