Typical Parisian apartment (40m2) with balcony

(My cat, Mia, is on vacation in the countryside all summer so no cat at home🐈☀️) Cozy apartment located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris in the lower part of Montmartre, close to the Sacré Coeur, the Montmartre Cemetery and the Batignolles district. Great place to visit Paris with friends or as a couple. The space ✨ I am not a professional but I assure you that you will have a great stay "with a local"! I look forward to welcoming you, Faustine ✨ ____ 🛋 The apartment is very pleasant, bright and airy. It's a typical Haussmannian apartment with moldings, parquet, tiles and period fireplaces. The main door opens onto the entrance to the apartment. - In the living room you can enjoy the balcony (sunny from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.), sofa, TV and desk area with screen. - The kitchen is separate and you will have access to the various amenities: filter coffee machine, coffee press, refrigerator, stove and oven. - The bedroom offers a bed for 2 people with IKEA mattress and mattress topper as well as direct access to the bathroom. The bedroom window is on the courtyard side, which is very quiet. - The toilet is separated and has a sink. ____ 🐈 I live with Miya, my cat roommate! Miya is 9 years old and weighs 3 kilos, I adopted her 6 years ago from an association of abandoned cats and we are very happy to have found each other. She is very sweet and calm, and spends most of her time sleeping. She loves to be petted but can take a little time to trust you. She also loves pâté and cat treats. Miya has unlimited kibble and a pâté feast on weekends (1/2 bag on Saturday morning and the other half on Sunday morning). ____ 🪴 There are a few plants in the apartment and on the balcony. They require weekly watering, so if you stay for less than a week you won't have to worry about it. ____ 📍 The neighborhood is great, there are many places to visit, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and transportation. Depending on what you're looking for, I could give you some advice! ____ 💐 A welcome gift will be waiting for you! ____ 💪 Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. To guarantee you maximum freedom, the key to the apartment is in a local store not far from the accommodation that you can pick up whenever you want, from 2 p.m. On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest and you must drop off the key in the same local store. Please let me know when you book if you need to check out later than 12 p.m. Access and instructions to retrieve the key and access the apartment will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
