Hi. my house is located in a small cul-de-sac subdivision in the municipality of Leyment. Charming little village of Bugey, bakery 5 min walk and with possibility of walking in the woods close to the house. My house is composed as follows: on the ground floor: entrance, open kitchen to living room and dining room, toilet and access to the garage and garden on the 1st floor: bathroom with shower, toilet and bedrooms. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
