The Boussaguel estate is made up of three separate houses and is ideal for families who travel together and each want to maintain their privacy. The space LA GRANGE - 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) / 2 bathrooms ************************************************** The large country house consists of: The ground floor: * From the terrace you enter the kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, independent freezer, electric stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and a large worktop. * The large adjoining dining room is impressive with its 4 meter high ceiling and large solid wood dining table. * A small staircase leads to the large living room, where there are armchairs and a coffee table around the imposing fireplace. * There is also a small bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the lower level. The house has three levels: The ground floor: * A spacious living room with wooden floor, beamed ceiling and stones and a fireplace. The dining area and kitchen with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are ideal for preparing breakfast. In a small rattan lounge you can relax. Under: * One family bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), bedside table, crib and wardrobe. On the large landing, with direct access to the garden, and with access to bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine, there is an additional single bed. Upstairs: * A master bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a storage unit. The view of the surrounding countryside is simply breathtaking! LE COTTAGE - 1 bedroom (2 beds + 2 extra) / 1 bath ************************************************** Le Cottage in a smaller private accommodation, ideal as a sleeping place for a couple with 2 children. It exists : * a large bedroom with 140cm bed, bedside table and dressing room * a small kitchenette with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 people * a bathroom with a shower and a sink. * a toilet OUTSIDE ************************************************** It is especially outside that you can best appreciate Domaine de Boussaguel, a true oasis of peace surrounded by greenery! The huge garden, surrounded by forests and meadows, is an ideal playground for children. At any time of the year you can enjoy the orchard: apples, plums, figs, grapes ... enough to make delicious homemade desserts! The 10m x 5m pool and the summer kitchen are open from June, forming a lovely place where you can sunbathe and relax for hours. Surrounded by a wall and a fence, with a lock. There is lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The pool house with adjoining shower and toilet is particularly functional.
