Boussaguel Estate with Private Pool

Organized into three separate houses, the Boussaguel estate is ideal for several families traveling together while each wishing to preserve their privacy. For the comfort of our guests, the three houses are always rented together, guaranteeing the exclusive and private enjoyment of the property and pool. The estate has a new manager who has planned improvements, wifi will be added in 2023 and the pool will be upgraded. The space THE BARN - 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) / 2 bathrooms ************************************************** The large country house consists of: Main floor: From the terrace, you enter the fully equipped kitchen: fridge, independent freezer, electric stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and a large countertop. The large adjoining dining room is impressive with its 4-meter-high ceiling and large solid wood dining table. A small staircase leads to the large living room, where armchairs and a coffee table are arranged around the imposing fireplace. There is also a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor. First floor: Accessible from the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. Both with beautiful views of the garden. Accessible from the kitchen staircase, the third bedroom with a low ceiling and a double bed is arranged as a mezzanine. It has a beautiful private bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet. LE GUETTEUR - 2 bedrooms + landing (sleeps 6) / 2 bathrooms ************************************************** Located 30 meters from the large country house, Le Guetteur is a charming cottage for 6 people. The house consists of three levels: Main Floor: A spacious living room with parquet floors, exposed beams and stone walls with a fireplace. The dining area and kitchen with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are ideal for making breakfast. In a small rattan living room, you can relax comfortably. Lower level: A family room with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), bedside table, a cot and a wardrobe. On the large landing, with direct access to the garden and access to a bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine, there is an extra single bed. Upper level: A master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a storage unit. The view of the surrounding countryside is simply breathtaking! THE COTTAGE - 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 + 2 extra) / 1 bathroom ************************************************** The Cottage is a smaller private accommodation, ideal for a couple with 2 children. It consists of: A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedside table and a dressing room. A small kitchenette with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom with shower and sink. A toilet. OUTSIDE It is especially outside that you can best appreciate the Domaine de Boussaguel, a true oasis of peace surrounded by greenery! The vast garden, surrounded by forests and meadows as far as the eye can see, is an ideal playground for children. At any time of the year, you can enjoy the orchard: apples, plums, figs, grapes... enough to prepare delicious homemade desserts! The 10 m x 5 m swimming pool and summer kitchen are open from June, and offer a delicious place to sunbathe and relax for hours. Surrounded by a wall and fence, equipped with a lock. There are sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool. The pool house with shower and adjoining toilet is particularly functional. Not to mention the equipped summer kitchen and the large terrace with garden tables and chairs: the perfect place to dine for hours, well sheltered from the heat and cooler evenings, while enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
